Alexis comes to Solutions Advisors with over 16 years of vigorous management experience in the healthcare industry specializing in startup locations, acquisitioned properties and challenged saturated markets. She has been responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sale and topline revenue within a competitive healthcare market. Her responsibility for recruiting top talent management has been pivotal in the success of each community Alexis has managed.
Most recently positioned as the Vice President of the Eastern Division of Sunrise Senior Living, covering Canada to Georgia, Alexis was responsible for 114 communities, 8527 units and 9540 residents. Over her 16 year healthcare career Alexis has been tasked with being an Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations and Sales, Account Executive and Cluster Marketing Director. Her passion for healthcare came from her early career as a Resident Aid working with seniors in a nursing home. In addition to managing assisted living and personal care, Alexis has also managed skilled nursing, home care, independent living and memory care.
