Brad brings over 20 years of successful corporate experience across the senior living, healthcare and banking industries to Solutions Advisors with over 12 years exclusively in senior living.
Brad joined Solutions Advisors in 2018. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for designing and implementing appropriate policies, internal controls and procedures that minimize risk and ensure company compliance. In addition to developing tools and analysis to provide critical operational & financial information needed to make actionable recommendations on strategy, Brad leads the negotiation of all company contracts, insurance and benefits as well as oversees the HR department.
Brad previously served as Senior Vice President and Asset Management for Solutions Advisors where he directed the finance and accounting departments as well as developed pro formas for new development opportunities.
Prior to returning to the senior living industry, Brad led the finance team for the Southeast region of a publicly-traded healthcare corporation and was instrumental in partnering with operations leadership to deliver operating income growth in a portfolio of assets across multiple states and service lines.

Outside the office, Brad squeezes in as much golf as possible while still spending time with his wife, son, teenage step-daughters and two rescue dogs. On Saturdays in the fall, he is pretty much glued to the TV set watching college football – plus, he is well on the way to accomplishing his goal of visiting every Power 5 college football stadium in the country.
