Solvere was engaged to convert a 30-year-old independent senior housing project to a licensed assisted living community. During our engagement, Solvere successfully licensed the community and grew occupancy from 50% to 100%. We recruited the Executive Director, Clinical Director and outsourced food service. Despite a period of significant change, we achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rating for two consecutive years. Prior to our involvement, the owner had agreed to terms for a $3.5 million sale of the independent living community. The property is now valued in excess of $8 million.
