Tessera of Brandon began construction in February of 2017 and opened its sales office with its sales director in place in August 2017. The community was licensed on April 4, 2018, with reservations for 23 units prior to opening. The community moved 14 residents in within the first 14 days and are currently at 38 (28%) residents within 60 days of licensure.
