The hard work was rewarded with achieving stabilized occupancy by the end of 2017.

After the new website launch, Solutions Advisors implemented a targeted search engine optimization paid search strategy coupled with ongoing content development to consistently generate 50% of new inquiries, with some months achieving 50+ qualified inquiries through digital marketing alone.
