Solvere Living was engaged in April 2015 to manage this community in historic Parkersburg by the same fund that owns Gull Creek. We invested in new talent, including a new general manager, sales director and clinical director, and rebranded and redesigned all collateral materials. Net income ran at over $60k per month in 2016 versus a loss in 2015 and the community has been between 99%-100% occupancy for 9 months in 2017. Total NOI for 2017 exceeded $700k and is on track to grow another 10% in 2018.
