Krista has over 23 years of experience in the senior housing and services field. She has served as a Sales & Marketing Director, Market Research Specialist, Regional Sales & Marketing Director and VP of Sales and Marketing. She began at the community level before being promoted to the corporate level at a system of retirement communities. In addition, she has provided research, sales and marketing services to external clients as part of a for-profit sales consulting group.
Krista has developed a variety of innovative strategies with positive occupancy results. She has successfully developed creative incentive recommendations to reduce available inventory and increased net entrance fees and resident revenue. She excels in sales training and coaching and was instrumental in establishing a common sales platform, Prospect-Centered Selling, and transitioning to the supporting lead base management software, Sherpa. Ms. DiGeorge is a fellow of LeadingAge Leadership Academy graduating in 2017.

When Krista is not working, you’ll find her creating experiences and memories with her family and friends. She and her husband, Frank, finally purchased a tri-toon boat to enjoy the waterways of southern Maryland. In the cooler weather, she attends as many Washington Capital games as possible. Her granddaughter, Emi, joined the family in October 2021, providing Krista much joy and entertainment.
