Kim comes to Solutions Advisors Group with 19 years of marketing and communications experience. While spending much of her career in the real estate industry working as a marketing manager for a national homebuilder, a mortgage company, and in title insurance; she has also gained experience in an agency that offered traditional and digital marketing solutions. Kim has also owned a marketing consultancy business since 2011 with clients in banking, building materials, education, health & beauty as well as non-profit organizations.
Kim believes that client relationships are essential and strives to form a true partnership with each one. Communication is key to any successful relationship!

Priding herself on her, “best accomplishment”, her teenage daughter, Sailor. As she starts the journey to college locally, Kim is planning her life as a soon-to-be empty nester. While she is not yet sure what that looks like she is excited for the next phase of life to begin.
To relax she spends time in her backyard, working on her flowerbeds. Music has been a constant in Kim’s life since she was a child spending time listening to many genres of music inspired by her father’s tastes which she has now passed along to her daughter. She enjoys going to concerts and seeing local bands with friends while partaking in a glass of wine or two.
